SHIPPING/HANDLING AND DELIVERY
Wood Letters:
Once your order is placed and Lisa has received all of your design/personalization information, a typical 4-6 letter name takes about 4 weeks to complete.  Because of personalization, length of name, etc,  shipping & delivery times can vary.   Shipping costs are calculated based on weight and delivery location. Handling is included in these costs as Lisa takes great care to make sure all products are packaged appropriately. 

Decals, Totes & Wooden Shapes:  
Once your order is placed, decals take about 2 weeks to arrive.  Wood shapes take about 3 weeks. (earlier if in stock) 
Shipping costs are calculated based on weight and delivery location. Handling is included in these costs as Lisa takes great care to make sure all products are packaged appropriately. 

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
All of Sweet Grace's products are made to order, therefore all sales are final and there are no returns or exchanges.  If your product arrives damaged, please contact Lisa to discuss return and replacement.  

MAINTENANCE AND CARE
Wood Letters & Wooden Shapes: 
All letters are hand painted and will chip if not handled correctly.  Please do not clank letters together or lay them on top of each other.  The letters are indeed WOOD and will give you splinters.  TRUST ME!  Handle with care.  

Decals: 
You can wipe the decals with a dry towel, if necessary. 

Totes:  
Totes can be machine washed (inside out) on gentle cycle.  

HANGING WOOD LETTERS AND CANVASES
Sweet Grace provides a small screw and hook for the back of the wooden letters.  You decide what you would like to put in your wall for the little hook to hang on to.  The hooks provided are NOT a guarantee for every wall.  They are only a suggestion.  Sometimes an additional hook or adhesive (double-sided tape) is required for extra security. (but depending on type of adhesive, may damage your walls).
The hooks and screws provided are a choking hazard!  Please keep them away from children!

HANGING DECALS
 Decal application is a 3 step process of peel, place and them smooth with your hand.  Picking one corner of the decal to place first and then letting the rest fall into place works best.  Our decals can be rearranged and easily removed numerous times.  Please hang on to the backing if you ever want to take them down and reuse them after a period of time.  Freshly painted walls must be COMPLETELY dry before applying the decal. In some environments, that can mean multiple days.

CUSTOM ORDER FULFILLMENT
 Lisa will happily match all bedding and decor requests. Because colors vary on different computers and because certain patterns are computer generated, please leave a little room for inaccuracies.  Lisa will be happy to fix anything that you are not 100% happy with as long as it is in the parameters of the initial design requests.  Any last minute changes can result in additional costs.
